Sampling Procedure

COSJAR offers a comprehensive range of in-house decoration options, including a detailed sampling process. Once the artwork is defined, our team will produce samples accordingly to the final artwork and let you conduct compatibility tests with ingredients.

Official Order

Once the samples are validated, we will proceed with mass production. To initiate this process, please signed a proforma invoice, trademark authorization agreement, and the necessary deposit. Our team will keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipment

As soon as your goods are ready, we will notify you and arrange for shipment upon receiving your balance payment. If you have any specific shipping preferences, especially for urgent cases, please advise us in advance.
