1. Choose a product
The very first step to begin the whole process is to choose the products you like. After deciding the item that you prefer, please give us the reference number which you can find in the catalogue. If you are searching for some specific shapes, material or capacities which you can’t find in our catalogue, or you need some suggestions and further information on the product, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our sales team will provide the best solutions for you.

2. Product details
When you decide the packaging products that you want, we would like to provide a price quote to you. Accordingly, please provide the quantity you need and the request decoration such as printing, hot-stamping, coloring, metallization etc. If you are struggling on the design, please let us know so that we can give you some idea.

3. Testing and Sampling process
In this process, you can have an idea on the look of your finished product. To see your customized packaging, the final artwork of your product is needed. Once we receive your artwork, we will start to produce the customize sample which takes around 7 ~ 14 working days. It is also essential to test the compatibility of your formula and our packaging in this stage. We offer free standard sample under some conditions for you. For receiving more sample for testing, it costs USD 2.00 /sets (freight cost is not included).

4. Order Confirmation and payment
Before starting the mass production, we need to receive your approved sample, signed proforma invoice, trade mark authorization agreement and the down payment. Please kindly noted that we only accept the payment by T/T Bank transfer for all formal orders.

5. Mass production
Once receive all the necessary document, down payment & approved sample, we will start the mass production. From forming, decoration, quality control process to delivery, the lead time will be announced by your key sales person. Normal, it will takes around 40 working days based on 10K order.

6. Shipment
As long as the goods is ready, we will send a payment notice to you. Your goods will be shipped out after receiving your balance payment. If you have any other shipping preference (courier/air cargo/sea shipment), please indicate in advance.
